a) A couple arrive at the Plaza with a reservation - from Leola Starling. a) check-in b) when couple comes down to complain
  • This is your honeymoon! You must have a room with a nice view.
  • You hate noise
  • You want to be away from children
  • You want at least $300 if they can't give you what you want.
  • You are trying rent your worst room for the lowest cost
  • You only have a room with a view of the gasworks .
  • There is a disco under the room
  • A school trip is on the same floor
  • You can only afford $50 compensation
